  • Travel Loyalty and Membership information, including: Branded Membership Numbers, Online Log In Usernames and Passwords, Prior Client Stays and Trips, Travel Preferences.

  • User Submitted Information, including: Website Text Submissions, Email Text Submissions, Phone Text Submissions, Phone Voice Submissions.

  • Online Tracking Information, including: Cookies (Also known as browser cookies or tracking cookies) which are small pieces of information that a website owner utilizes to analyze your website usage. Cookies can be enabled or disabled in your browser’s settings, If you choose to disable cookies, some areas or features of our website may not work properly.

  • Booking Travel Itineraries, including: confirming reservations and bookings via phone, email and directly through client accounts.

  • Communications, including: communicating with desired properties, host, travel companies and our suppliers on behalf of yourself and our company, communication directly with you and your traveling group.

  • Providing physical documents, including: mailing pre cruise itineraries, luggage tags and promotional items.

  • Business Data and Analysis, including: data collected via email, text, phone, social media platforms, through our website via cookies and hosting platform Wix (the majority of website browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer to remove and to reject cookies, you can adjust those settings in your browser. If you choose to remove or reject cookies, some of our website and web services may me unavailable for use).

  • Disclosing information to legal entities, including: release of personal information required by law, law enforcement agencies, government agencies, regulations, legal proceedings. Release of personal information when defending and exercising our legal rights. Release of personal information when we identify potential or confirmed illegal activity.


Luxury Corporate Travel LLC will never rent, barter or sell your personal information to third party advertisers. We reserve the right to transfer your information if a company ownership transfer, liquidation, or reorganization, occurs. We will only share and exchange your information as defined above in this privacy policy, which allows us to adequately run our business and provide our services to you.

We provide California residents residing in California with certain information upon request, in compliance with the states laws. Due to our extensive collection of global travel suppliers, personal information and data may be transferred to other countries where a supplier operates their business. Data protection laws vary by country and your data my be subject to different protection criteria once it is transferred to another country.  When you submit your personal information through any of our communication channels, you consent to the international transfer of your personal information.

Security and protection of our clients personal information is our top priority.  Access to your personal information is strictly prohibited to any non essential party.  Though we take consistent measures to protect your personal information, any personal information or data transmitted electronically is not guaranteed to be secure.
